The homeowners of Sunland Springs area in the vicinity of Willow Wood, Wattlewood and Pampa vicinity are appalled at the recent construction of a construction/junkyard type fence at Pampa and Willow Wood. This fence was allegedly put here by complaints of some unknown residents who complained of small motor cycles of vehicles using the Farnsworth property adjacent to that corner. We have personally rarely observed significant activities of these said alleged vehicles. The fence was constructed with no courtesy notification or concern for the homeowners who are impacted by it's unsightly look, it's devaluation of adjacent homes, and it's danger from frequent Arizona high winds to property and persons are exposing you to liability. Since the erection of the above named fence, Memorial Day weekend, we heard vehicles in areas North of us and they did not enter at your fence but somewhere else. From this evidence, we may conclude that your fence is useless in purpose. Additionally, you are spending over $1000/month for rental of this fence, which seems very frivolous in these difficult economic times. We petition that you remove this useless fence immediately.
