One of DeLaval's must win battles is to be #1 in Farm Management. We have had much success with providing Farm Management Solutions to our customers. In order for us to continue this success, there are many areas that need focus and resources.
Being #1 starts with our Farm Management Software. If we are to be #1, we need a software that provides the customer the ability to manage their farm. We cannot accept mediocrity. The customers have requests of the software that will make them successful and sustainable. We need their success as much as we need their business. DelPro Farm Manager has this ability and we believe if the voice of the customers is heard, it will become the #1 Farm Management Software.
Being #1 also means supporting the product from local level all the way to the global level. This requires qualified and enough personnel to respond to customers needs in a timely manner.
We believe in DeLaval Farm Management as this will carry us and our customers into the future. In order to do this we need to start thinking about things differently.
