As a citizen of Global Village, we are deeply concerned on the custody of two Pakistani American children aged 18 & 32 months old respectively, by the child protective services, Sacramento CA more than a year ago, based on the false accusation of child abuse. The case of these children was reviewed by a Medical Specialists who concluded that the injuries were only caused by a medical condition and not by the physical abuse as cited by CPS.
We are deeply concerned with this wrongful accusation and especially with the custody of these young children by Non-Related Foster Parents. We are requesting to Authorities and Child Protective Services to release these children to their biological parents so that they have an opportunity to exercise their cultural, social & religious freedom and to free father.
We are presenting this petition to seek your urgent attention on this very sensitive issue to release innocent children and father.

The silence from the agencies involved remains heavy and discouraging. I have been spending my nights coordinating with advocates to ensure these children are not forgotten in the system. We keep pushing forward because these two little girls belong with their parents.

This is just heartbreaking. Those poor babies need to be home with their real parents. CPS gets it wrong way too often.
Total incompetence by CPS. My heart breaks for the dad and those little girls.
Absolutely insane that a government agency can just take children away for a medical condition. Bring them home now.
Unjust. Put them back with their own kin where they belong.
Disgusting. Free the babies and the father. Stop tearing families apart for nothing.

The medical experts already cleared them!! Why are they still being held? Let the family go home.
