The silence from the company remains deafening even as the stories you share continue to highlight how much control they have over our libraries. I am spending my evenings documenting these frustrations because they cannot ignore us forever.

I miss the old way of doing things. Sick of big companies forcing their software on us just to play a simple song. STOP IT.
total garbage. why do they have to control everything we listen to. just leave it alone.
