My children have a choice!! They have a voice!! Leave the children alone, the government has done enough damage by taking them in and out of school affecting their relationships and their education just over all balance. If families can choose to have their children wear mask why can't those apposed have a choice. The kids shouldn't suffer from ignorance of adults. We are raised In a FREE country for a reason!!! don't take the choice of freedom from our children.

I could write a novel on why I am signing this petition, but basically… I have the right to freedom if choice over my families health. A person is not hurting anyone else by not wearing a mask or getting a vaccine. If anyone around the unvaccinated and unmasked feels the need to mask up and get the vaccine, that is absolutely their choice! It is called freedom if choice over the health and well being of ones self and children. I probably wouldn’t have enough space here to list the things that are and have been said and that I’ve seen to assist me in my personal choice to not force my children to mask up for school any longer, but I will try..
1. I have more than one child with history of asthma and also have two children who are diagnosed high functioning autistic. It is not good for the physical or mental health of kids with these circumstances especially.
2. How is a child supposed to build up immunity to a virus when placed in a bubble (mask) in an attempt to not breath in any bacteria?
3. Children need to see each other’s expressions and smiles. There is a direct link to mental health with our natural facial expressions. I can’t tell you how elated I was as an adult even to be able to smile at people and be smiled at by others again!!
4. This has been made into a political power trip and it is all too obvious to regular Americans who have stepped back enough to look into both sides of all of this craziness long enough to see through it!
5. Next stop is mandating a vaccine in order to go places! That is absolutely unconstitutional!
6. Our governor has already made the stance not to enforce mask mandates along schools, but yet the district still went to this length to mandate them for a month in between now and the start date of the court ruling? Why? As if the kids aren’t confused and stressed enough?

My family is filled with 7 people and 5 kids in various stages of there life. As we are trying to live the best life in every area possible, we focus on the children in our house!! Focusing on there health is not one easy task because its mental, physical and spiritual . Making a child wear a mask is cruel in and inhumane, the negatives out way the positives in every way you look at it!!

He was so excited this yr and doing good and now u want to disrupt his yr for a 1 month mask mandate wich will expire at the end of September because of governors orders. And from there out parents will have more legal options to pursue against the school distruct

The school board has no right to unilaterally undermine parent discretion and freedom of choice in our children's well being. While also holding impromptu meetings without notice to make tyrannical decisions.

Thank you for fighting for our children. I would very much like to become active in this fight. I am hoping to organize a one day walk out protest on Monday due to the vote today. Is there anyone that can help me get the word out?
