This should not have been done behind the student's and faculty team's backs. Rockingham and surrounding areas thrive with this campus, closing it to undergraduate students makes it that much harder for many students to attend university at all. Saying there is public transport from Rockingham to Murdoch is not the answer. Clearly the university was working well, why fix something that is not broken.

I feel dissapointed with the choices made that are forcing me to either move/ go external or quit. I feel we deserve to make the choice!!

This is absurd. The Rockingham campus is a necessity for many people who can't make the journey to South St. Without further justification as to why this change is happening, this needs to be put to an abrupt stop.

I chose to attend rockingham campus as it is convenient to both home and my sons family Daycare and also as I wanted to attend uni campus that was relaxed and friendly. I enjoy the smaller classes and working with the same people from class to class. Don't send us to south street we are at Rockingham because we want to be there and enjoy being there.

Rockingham has tried running more courses/classes for years but South Street always pulls them. It takes more than six months to 'fully establish' a new course or classes at Rockingham as numbers take time to build. But they only ever do a six month trial then pull them because of numbers/sometimes even with high enough numbers. New courses take more than six months to fill but that's all the time/effort South Street is ever willing to give us. That's if they give it that long, they usually like to pull units within a month of offering new ones... Being in Rockingham we are just not a priority.

This is a joke. The rockingham campus provides all the facilities we need. I went to South street for the first year of my degree and then rockingham for the next two and have found rockingham to be a better campus

Very dissapointing for the Rockingham/ Mandurah community! This could have been handles by Murdoch much better ie consulting the students first!
