The speed is too fast for a person to react and stop if a child steps out without looking both ways. That's one reason and second it's a school zone for children even if not recognized as a one.

With the amount of children in this area. Speeds need to be lowered. Too many speed through on munroe,Not watching for kids or parents . Better access for kids to cross the street as well .
