We respectfully motion that Colin Mullaney, Executive Director of The Vanguard School and Cheyenne Mountain Charter Academy, immediately resign his posts (any and all). Failing this, we petition for his removal from any and all posts held at these schools. We also petition, some of us having been targets of his imperious vengefulness, that the children of the undersigned be held harmless during the process of resignation or removal.

Both Mullaney and Fuqua have been with CMCA/TVS since its inception. For that they deserve both credit and recognition. However, in the last few years their leadership styles have become stale, mean-spirited, vengeful, and self-preserving. They display clear attitudes of “do as I say, not what I do” and “destroy the messenger” when it comes to policing wrongdoing on campus.
