What right do any of ya'll have to tell a property owner whether they can sell their own property?

Some "progre$$" i$ too expen$ive. Stop destroying heritage just to make a fast buck.

Stop this madness! If this is approved, we can kiss the safety of the Future Land Use Plan away. The current commissioner unfortunately does not care about the homeowners. All he is interested in is furthering commercial development also known as the destruction of the character of West Cobb. To the other 4 commissioners, please vote NO on Z-98.

Must we erase all history????

Please respect this historical site and not allow the commercial building to destroy this property.

This is not in keeping with the suburban beauty and historic properties of West Cobb. This is high density ugliness!!!

Enough is enough.

If the property is currently zoned R-20 - residential - rezoning it to commercial is expanding the commercial node and not having a step down next to residential. This sets a bad precedent. It's too dense a development next to two residential properties.

Please, no more higj density living in West Cobb.

Please turn this historical property into a park. We don't need nor is there a demand for another strip mall. Many stores along Dallas highway remain vacant. Additional traffic will create untold traffic issues. Thank you.

This rezoning and commercial project are unnecessary. It is not for the good of the community, only the developer. There are numerous strip malls with many unoccupied spaces already on Dallas Highway. Traffic increases will be to the considerable detriment of all residents for miles in each direction. Please do not change the zoning unless it is for a new park. This makes perfect sense for this Mud Creek location. Thank you for your consideration.

Without our history we have no future

I do not support this development! This is not a good use of that beautiful and historic property. Just because a developer WANTS to put in a strip mall and senior apartments (???) does not mean that is what has to be done. Columbia Properties should be made to prove that they are capable of a high-quality development as they have promised in Parkside West Cobb before they are allowed to bulldoze and flatten another large parcel of prime West Cobb land - let alone one with historic significance.

We were the victim of the Sterling construction and lost out land and house. We love this area and we shout NO!! to this project.

Please find a different location for this project.

more development = more flooding REALLY!!!!! not a good idea

As a Cobb county resident, we need more green space. If they want to build this, choose some of the many properties/strip malls that are closed down.
