MtGox should release the funds to the liquidator: PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency.

I am a creditor of Bitcoinica LP. This is absolutely sad and frustrating.
MtGox has withheld these coins from their appropriate owners since late 2012. Shame on you MtGox. Ethics matter.

This has gone on too long. I am still owed 40 BTC, or $25141.2 based on CoinDesk price aggregator.
