Mt Gox is holding on to 64,532 bitcoins and US $134,809 that belongs to Bitcoinica's creditors.
Bitcoinica is in liquidation but unable to pay its creditors as the liquidator has not been given access to this money.
MtGox should release the funds to the liquidator: PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency.
