I really never expected this much momentum when I started typing this out in a fit of rage after that last equipment update. It honestly feels like the developers are finally going to have to stop looking at their profit margins for a second and actually acknowledge how broken the lag and these team switching bugs really are.

Developers of MSO doesn t have any respect for their players-customers.They dont do anything about lag,bugs and crashes but when it comes for raising the prices and adding useless crap they become experts
Dev listen.. The gold was so freaking expensive.. The boot and the glove. There's no special effects either you use it or u didn't. I always saw people giltching out of the map.. Why weren't they're account blocked? But ours that doesn't know anything have been blocked?
The worst update till now, became more laggy, not good new UI,pay to win is the headline for this update,extremely pricey,worst customer service (didn't reply to my msg ,it's been more than a month), PLEASE FOCUS ON YOUR CUSTOMERS NOT ON YOUR POCKET!!!!!!!!
I agree..lots of us are loyal players and spend a good chunk of money..for gods sakes get a pimp ass ride before you try to put $2000 rims on a car that needs to be developed from the core..quit focusing so much on our wallets and start finding our core needs as customers and filling them..thanks.
Please fix all the upgrades u waste try in to upgrade your weapons..and s3cond I spent over 200 dollars upgrading my armour and boots and stuff just to have it all tooling away. I usally spend 50 a week on this game. But i wont spend another penny till its fixxed
After spending £500.00 + I am totally disgusted the my account is worthless due to the bots being so savage. I Have an email saying Sniper armour is not allowing shotguns to kill easy. I get shot by 1 shot... Bugs are appalling shooting through walls also the micro gun makes all sound go off... the list goes on...

The boots speed that I already paid for is gone. My money just went to the trash because they charged me for the speed and got taken away from me. Their server gpt even worst right now. People shooting from walls and the lag is crazy even thoufh you use wifi, stills lag like crazy.
