Thank you for considering this request. I realize Msgr. Nydegger has many responsibilities in the Archdiocese and of he becomes pastor this would limit his abilities to serve the Archdiocese directly. Again, thank you for considering our request.

As a parishioner of St. Helen since 1983, my family and I have witnessed the growth of our church with the past 4 Pastors and we need our 5th one to continue on the same path.
We know that Rev. Msgr. Thomas. P. Nydegger will follow the footsteps of Bishop -Elect Saporito.

Yes, I absolutely agree that Msgr
Nydegger is a great choice to be our next pastor ! Besides being well qualified, he is already familiar with our parish which is a big plus

It would be very beneficial for our parish to have someone they know and has seen us through many transitions. Given that we’re opening a new church soon, it would be extremely helpful to have someone strong and familiar navigating us and undoubtedly new parishioners into our thriving parish. Needless to say, Fr. Michael’s exit will create a huge gap for us, but certainly a tremendous gain for the diocese at large!

In the midst of reopening and rebuilding our church, Father Tom would be a welcome asset and bring continuity to St. Helens which is desperately needed at this time.
