Ms. Mary and Sir Marcel at ISPS

Mary & Family should spread Sahaj around the world and we all should support them. School was just one step for such great Sahaja Yogis and I hope they would serve Cabela & many other Centers around the Globe. We really appreciate the dedication of other Sahaja yogis staff also... who equally work n support our children.

Oh God, what information is that Mr. Gupta? Is there any Proof of all such activities ? Is there any suit/case/reported incident with proof ? This is serious if that is all was creeping under the carpet . No one can be just accused , we as Parents and stake holder in school too would request : 1. Proof of all such Incidents 2. Some Transperancy to all of us We are not blind follower of any person or family , though we feel Thank for all the support Mr.Mary n family provided but follow them to decide our children future is not the motive here and shall not be the agenda too. Looking at the ISPS point of Transperancy as an Issue we need help and better visibility ,who so ever should be the Principal. Dear All - Lets not fight and debate about who should be the Principal... Today its Principal , tomorrow it would be Teachers, and then it would be Catering staff etc… I think we shall leave things to Paramchaitnya , and let Senior Management & Sadhana Didi decide & drive. ISPS is a temple where we send our children to enjoy Sahaja Yoga, blessings of Shri Mataji & Vibrations. We don’t send our children looking at who is the principal or staff because this school has been there since years and would always be there ... many staff would come & go.... I dont know why are we just doing politics around 1 Principal and not even considering other Sahajayogis Teachers & Dorm staf who live far away with our childeren to make them feel home. Lets support the vision of Shri Mataji by sending our children to her school irrespective or who the Principal is, We have equally dedicated staff of Sahaja yoga family. The Vibrations and Sahaja are really important for our children & next generation, and really it is not the debate who should be the Principal. So Whatever School Management would do ... would be in favor of students. I think we shall let Mary & family go and spread Sahaja to new place / continent , and may be that is what more important because very few have the caliber to just step up and move around spreading the vision. Jai Shree Mata Ji! Dear PTA Members, This is with reference to couple of communication regarding Ms Marry & Mr Marcel termination. We are not able to understand why such communication has floated to all parents for the favorable boating. We are not able to understand why you all not doing favor of this vibration decision of Shree mata ji. We all should accept this decision which Shree mata ji have taken in favor of decent and innocent souls, those are all student whomsoever studding at ISPS. We would like to keep in your notice few following happening in last one year at ISPS during Ms Marry & Mr Marcel tenure of work: 1. They have not taken admition of one Indian student who has reported to school by one day late and he was studding there since many years. Finally, both has got spoiled that child one year and kept put him under mental pressure. 2. They both make to get diplomatic decision to get expelled many Indian student by putting false allegation and let them leaved for the dark future. Many of mothers has begged like a beggar to Ms Marry & Mr Marcel for their children not to be get expelled with tear in their eyes but they used to continue to take diplomatic decisions against innocent souls and played with their future. 3. They both are not reliable. Once they expelled one 9 year old girl by making false steeling allegation and target her with three diplomatic warnings in single time. They get left a little girl at Bus – Stop along with her all laugauge without handovering to any guardians. What do u think? Next may be this happening with your child as well…… 4. Once they have thrown – out one parents from ISPS office by saying that “Indian do politics that why they are backward”. 5. A Husband & Wife should not be along-with in the top management so they could do and able to play dictatorship in the school. They are even not qualified enough for this roll. There are many qualified and wise people in the India in Shaja also who are deep and down to earth. 6

Lets call Mr. MARCEL & FAMILY also to the meeting. 4. Lets have Teachers also in the meeting (if possible else this could be ignored) 5. Lets sort the TRANSPARENCY ISSUES and put our Demands related to How to Manage going forward. I am sure things world work well and we can sort any situation if we all get together with VIBRATIONS & BANDHAN, we know that. I dont agree that FORCING SOMEONE to be PRINCIPAL should be the agenda. I think if PRINCIPAL want to help school can certainly give Ideas for going forward. TODAY we are pushing for 1 person, tomorrow it would be some Teacher and then some one else. Jai Shri Mataji parents. Are we using our vibrations at all to check if any of these claims are true on both sides instead of using just our brains? We have already seen the 3 largest country collectives crumble and be divided. We have seen what has happened to "Washi hospital" its glorious pass and what it is today. Don't we learn anything from these mistakes and at risk at the moment is ISPS. The least we can do is to ask our children how they feel about Sir Marcel & Ms Mary and the school today instead of just taking sides. Children don't lie neither do they have a hidden agenda in what they say. How many of you have children who studied in ISPS in 2013 when there was no principal & proper management of the school for 6 months? Ask you children; was it fun and joyful then as compared to now in 2014? This is what my son who is in senior year told me, "In 2013, yes we had a lot of freedom but we were not happy, sad at times, demoralized and angry at everything. We did not mediate properly, we were not guided and our grades were down. The school was in a mess. This year, sure the discipline was tough BUT THERE WAS ORDER in the school". For the first time in his 6 years of studying at ISPS, he chose to sleep at the dorm instead with us at the hotel until the last day when we had to travel. Why, I asked him, "Oh, there is so much to do here, we are busy and we want to be with our friends". That alone speaks a lot of how the school is being run. Can we be sure it will be like this in the future with a new principal and management team? Are you prepared to face and answer your child if things take a down turn like in 2013 - no replacement teachers in the class for months, no proper guided meditation (who cares), no discipline (you want freedom, we give you freedom), no one to look into their health concerns (not my problem), dirty dorms, thefts in the dorm and so forth. It's when you are worried about your child; may it be lacking in behaviour, poor studies, ill health

Yes, Marcel & Family should be funded to spread SahajaYoga to countries like - Sri Lanka, Indonesia , Burma. They are very Sahajayogis and shall really go globally to spread vision. Dont know what Interest they have in sticking to school rather then spread Sahaja , which is utmost vision of Shri Mataji. They ve been in school for an year now let other work on this opportunity and then can help spreading Sahaja.
