Ms. Mary and Sir Marcel at ISPS

Sir Marcel and Ms. Mary Kuhn did wonderful job in ISPS. I pray Shri Mataji to establish the Dharma in the school.

No institution can develop properly if leadership is changed every year. This is common sense, may it be in our outside SY. We have suffered a lot from management changes at ISPS in the past, this is highly relevant for everybody and not a side affair. I have witnessed a very positive development of the school in 2014 and simply cannot believe what is happening now.

First of all I am really impressed, and mostly, upset for the lack of information shown by those who are responsible of managing what is not a simple TRUST but a SAHAJA YOGA INSTITUTION. As ISPS parents, we should have been informed with time and proper protocol about this decision of removing the principal. Foremost important is WHY???? none of us, neither the governing body, neither parents or some uncles voting and commenting at this site (with some evil sarcasm at times) have just bothered in asking our little Ganeshas at home, the ISPS STUDENTS , the really interested ones, on WHAT IS THEIR OPINION? As adults we underestimate them, but Mother, in countless speeches has mentioned the wisdom of these realized souls born in our Sahaj Family. This came to my attention not because I am a super great Yogi... God knows I am not and still, as many of us, deal with lot of issues to be a good instrument of the Divine. It came after an interaction with my child, an ISPS student. Yesterday, my child accidentally listened my wife and I speaking about the fact that Marcel and Mary might be leaving school. I looked at her and I realized that she was kind of upset. I asked: -What is the matter dear? She said - I hope Miss Mary continues being principal at ISPS.- -Why?- I asked. -Because she is so nice. She is always there. She has been like the best principal that I have ever had and I know all children will miss her so much if she has to go.- She said sincerely and genuinely. Being a first time ISPS parent this year, I felt protected, cared, supported by Mary and Marcel from day one: this simply means, for a parent who is sending his most precious Shri Mataji’s Gift, a lot. Nothing can give security as the sense of true love. Love and respect is what I felt from these two wonderful persons. I offer you, my brothers and sisters, a simple prayer: “Please Shri Mataji bless us with wisdom and discrimination so we, those who are suppose to be your instruments,

Mary and Marcel have done an incredible job. Love and emotional intelligence have been in abundance and all the children have had a wonderful year. The children have been loved and love them in return. I feel it is important to be aware that Mary and Marcel would have had to take decisions about students - whether Eastern or Western - based upon vibrations and the individual situation. It is not relevant to take these instances out of context to prove a point. I accept that their time may be over as it is clear that the governance of the school wants to replace them. But this is not about Mary and Marcel. This is about whether our school remains a Sahaj institution based on love, truth, honesty, integrity, respect, communication and a transparency that is worthy of trust.

If Ms Mary and Sir Marcel committed one huge mistake - than it was to ask for transparency on the money and the governing body and the society. Till today anyone asking for these things had been expelled by the governing body and the society, just like the last Ms. Principal .... You like facts - here you go: Belapur Health Center (Vashi) - owned by Kalpana Didi ISPS - owned by Sadhana Didi Mother mentioned several times that her family has nothing to do with Sahaja Yoga - and now the daughters own Sahaj Institutions? I know where to bring him in; I know when to bring My children in; because if they were in everybody would have said, “They have floated a family enterprise.” (Laughter) As long as they are out of it, it’s a very good idea – specially in India. So best thing is if they oppose Me, I keep all of them out, My brothers. Imagine My own brothers, My own – I mean, they all have tremendous respect for Me, no doubt. Dear family, what I observe here is that there seems to be a strong forming of two opposite groups: Indians and some Australians (not all) on one side (with many of the Australians having been born in India originally) and Europeans/North Americans on the other side - My feeling is that we should definitely pray and bandhan that this gap is getting dissolved and that there should be unity among ALL parents of ISPS - SHRI MATAJI, PLEASE CREATE COMPLETE UNITY AMONG ALL PARENTS AND STAFF OF ISPS

Dear all, before you talk against Mrs Mary and Mr Marcel pls consider one thing - Before Mrs Mary and Mr Marcel joined, the school was a mess. There were Sahaj children getting drunk, abusing girls, vibrations were very disturbed. An angel girl named Grace decided to give up HER OWN LIFE to bring attention to this tremendous mess which then led to Mrs Mary and Mr Marcel being hired and the entire school MIRACULOUSLY improving in a very short span of time. These are the facts and I pray to Shri Mataji that you can have the purity and the courage to see what is the reality of the situation. That they were brought there by Shri Mataji and that they did an amazing job. And no, there are not racists. That is an absurd accusation. All Sahaja Yogis in the world have the highest regard for India and all Indian Sahaja Yogis, so pls let this not become an Indian Yogis vs Non-Indian Yogis battle. That is just so immature and childish that it doesnt befit the devotees of Shri Adi Shakti. I am sure the negativity is pretty pleased with itself when Yogis get involved in such arguments and agnya catches.

Let us all come together and work unitedly for the Vision of Our Holy Mother

Before one talks against Mrs Mary and Mr Marcel, do consider this - Before Mrs Mary and Mr Marcel joined, the school was a mess. There were Sahaj children getting drunk, boys verbally abusing girls, vibrations were very disturbed. Once Mrs Mary and Mr Marcel were hired, the entire school MIRACULOUSLY improved in a very short span of time.

Yes Arno. Lets help Mr Marcel to work on spreading Sahaja globally. countries like - Sri Lanka, Burma interiors .

Mary and Marcel did a wonderful job, no doubt and I really appreciate they will come back for 2015. But it´s true, Principals are coming and going. Staff is coming and going. The School is the school of Shri Mataji ! That´s the reason, why we send our children. Nothing else is important. But what, when human beeings try to overtake ? And Shri Mataji needs us as instrument ? Last year already happened some very sad occasion, we would never think, that this could happen in HER School !! What when Shri Mataji just wants us to see ? Nothing in school happens without Shri Mataji knowing it ! So then Shri Mataji wants Sir Marcel and Miss Mary to be in this position. Sure SHE knew, that they will go their way and maybe want to change things, which are not done in a proper way…. About checking vibrations. I was there when Sadhana Didi spoke about the future of the school. There were many stunned faces in the room. There were NO Vibrations in her words. Some Yogis where crying while she was speaking! At that time Sadhana Didi new already, that Miss Mary had to leave, but even asked directly about this point she didn´t give answer. She was talking about love and trust in the name of Shri Mataji! That we are one family and we have to love each other and trust each other , and in the same moment she was hiding information. The governing body was invited to come to school, why only Sadhana Didi was there? Why we are not allowed to know the names of the people who make the decisions ? Why they are hiding themselves, if we are all one family, if we all love each other and trust each other ? I know that my son is protected by Shri Mataji wherever he is ! But I cannot send my child to an organization, where the head of the organization is hiding itself and information about school. Pretending being a family but in the same moment not trusting the parents !

Children future is in Shri Mataji's school, who so ever manages.

Communicate directly to Sadhana Didi & try to find out TRUTH rather then just following any husband & wife. CHILDREN are made for School & its Maa's Vision . Maybe these CHILDREN if allowed to stay together in School would help entire world to grow immensely on TRUTH. Transparency is our right and we can all together talk and discuss and work out things as a family . We dont need any husband & wife to communicate TO & FRO.

I think we all as a family want to solve the issue seeping at ISPS. I suggest these steps , How many would come with me? 1. Lets have a common meeting with Sadahana Didi together. 2. Lets have a point to point AGENDA for the meeting. 3. Lets call Mr. MARCEL & FAMILY also to the meeting. 4. Lets have Teachers also in the meeting (if possible else this could be ignored) 5. Lets sort the TRANSPARENCY ISSUES and put our Demands related to How to Manage going forward. I am sure things world work well and we can sort any situation if we all get together with VIBRATIONS & BANDHAN, we know that. I dont agree that FORCING SOMEONE to be PRINCIPAL should be the agenda. I think if PRINCIPAL want to help school can certainly give Ideas for going forward. TODAY we are pushing for 1 person, tomorrow it would be some Teacher and then some one else. THIS IS ALL BUREAUCRACY...! Why are we letting our children to suffer form a situation which we can directly work out with Didi, after all we are 1 family... CHILDREN shall go n attend the school and we can solve any situation collectively, I Bet. Lets join Hand and Pray and come together to put IDEAS and not the PERSON, as PERSON would not live for ever but good ideas would always be there for Generations.

I dont trust any person but can talk directly to find out TRUTH and can give ideas to improve school . School is for Children

I think we can talk n sort things with Didi and can certainly reccomend any best practice but shall not force for someone to be as Principal, bec tomorrow it would some other Teacher as some parrent already mentioned. We shall focus on Vibrations, collective bandhan and try to solve such issue with Attention rather then such PITTY step of PITION to let someone just enjoy. School is for Children and WE SHALL NOT FORGET WE ALL , OUR CHILDREN AND THIS WORLD N SCHOOL BELONG TO SHRI MATAJI . Money & Mind will only RUIN TRSUT
