Ms. Mary and Sir Marcel at ISPS

I don't know the in-depth knowledge of both sides. As a sahaja yogi and an ex student, i really want and pray to shree mataji that if they are re-installed or are replaced by anyone else, whoever takes up the job, the school and the childrens are benefitted and which aims at the spiritual and academic growth of the students. This school is truly a great blessing for all the students. Jai shree mataji

I request the reinstallment of Ms Mary and Sir Marcel in their former positions. They have convinced me as excellent Principal and General Manager because of their capable, efficient and righteous fullfillment of their tasks. I desire that this couple may continue to do their good work for ISPS.

I am glad that our Children are more Intelligent and think more maturely. My daughter overheard me n her Mom talking about this issue. The reaction was so SAD for her and when I asked what is the matter. She said - "Can we have 10 WHY to understand the real issue?" I was amazed to hear such an Global root cause analysis Idea struck to an angel.... Yes, these Angels can think in all positive directions with a blink of an eye. Well coming back to the issue ... everyone is just talking about REINSTATE as if if done it would be for ever & ever. Why cant we think beyond that personal issue of 1 or two. The issue is our Money , hard earned money & Transparency. Lets put together a accounting method which is not held or tweaked by any one sitting at any authority.

Mr. Morgan, What a perfect SOL you have put together. I agree , who so ever run the school or manage the school ..... We all Parents just need Transparent Method of Operations , expense , etc so that our Hard earned money spends is visible to all of us and if someone has question can ask on open forum. There can be proper escalation matric with time duration attached. But this is so childish ask that we want this person on seat and we want that person on seat .... For such acts , Politics is already there. It can never be person aligned to some authority or seat... BUT a fantastic solution around accounts/ balance sheet/ funding / exp etc on ONLINE Transparent model can certainly resolve issues for ever.

I DON'T AGREE with ISPS Parents because - 1. This email is being driven by 1 person and not all the Parents as a voice, as I am not a part of this . 2. Issue is Transparency and Mr. Morgan & BR has brought valid points rather then just one person reinstatement. 3. Agenda should be placing a clear module rather then placing a person on seat. 4. Today , one who is sitting at seat might be a Legitimate person but no Guarantee that tomorrow some corrupt cannot be there. 5. We shall not waste our energy in short term goal but THINK FOR BETTER SOLUTION .... on this Transparency Issue. 6. Only a perfect online funding & visibility to accounts could be a viable solution , and a proper Agenda oriented meeting with Management can sort this issue out. So lets PRAY and request you to join Mr. Morgan / BR and all of us to sort the Operational style solutioning , rather than some reinstatement , which is nothing but self concentric approach.

Agree with Mr. Morgan. Petition should be for setting up a clear visible Functional , operational , fundamentals and style of work & Transperancy .. ... WHO SO EVER IS PRINCIPAL... but we PARENTS should have VISIBILITY TO ACCOUNTS so that Neither Management nor Principal develop a capability to cheat us. Students and School ISPS are made for each other but we all have capabilities to sort the Transparency issue in a better way , Once in for all....! Also, I don't agree that we are just pushing for Reinstatement as it is short terms goal. We have 3 months before School reopens and I think we can set up a better Operational Model with all of us having some visibility & rights.

Lets not just focus on Ms.Mary to reinstate but a bigger problem. Lets run a Petition : Funds, etc shall be Transparrent and what other school follow OR what we as Parrent community want to establish as Operational style should be requested. So Petition could be for Transperancy , but dont just blindly follow for one reinstatement, as YA correctly said, tommorow could be some one else. Issue is Transperancy - Lets sort that out , who so ever manage, we shall all ve all the visibility as stake holder. Lets join hands and close this one and start a fresh more realistic & holastic petitions with all of us having visibility. I dont want to rely on any Principal to be my eye n ear , when a better operational style can give each one of us more visibility. Lets not stop Children from attending school but work to solution Transperancy ISSUE and not Reinstatement.

ALL shall try to DIG more and find out the REAL story of Mr. Marcel & Family creating issues at ISPS. People who ve been school and vve seen things infront of their eyes. Sending beautiful emailers to Parrents is not only the activity . DIG MORE and Talk to Sadhana Didi to find out the TRUTH. They are simply trying to damage ISPS school and children future. They dont trust their VIBRATIONS that is why they need innocent YOGIS to pray for them. They are destroying children future by not letting them come to school under this propoganda.

I never knew that Mr. Marcel & Family has been using & exploiting school. May Shri Mataji forgive them . I will send Children to school as ISPS & children are made for each other. I leave other issues to ParamChaitanya.

I agree with Chandraguptaji. Mr. Marcel & family has been misusing the school facilities and now dont want to come out of comfort zone but using innocent Sahajayogis and playing with Children's right to come to school for their own interest. Mr. Marcel has so much of interest in this Materilistic world and out of EGO playing with Sahaja yogi Children future.

we as Parrent don't need any middle man to get rid of so called issues. we are family and get things sorted without even thinking of NOT sending children to heaven on earth. Its their RIGHT..!

I think we all as a family want to solve the issue seeping at ISPS. I suggest these steps , How many would come with me? 1. Lets have a common meeting with Sadahana Didi together. 2. Lets have a point to point AGENDA for the meeting. 3. Lets call Mr. MARCEL & FAMILY also to the meeting. 4. Lets have Teachers also in the meeting (if possible else this could be ignored) 5. Lets sort the TRANSPARENCY ISSUES and put our Demands related to How to Manage going forward. I am sure things world work well and we can sort any situation if we all get together with VIBRATIONS & BANDHAN, we know that. I dont agree that FORCING SOMEONE to be PRINCIPAL should be the agenda. I think if PRINCIPAL want to help school can certainly give Ideas for going forward. TODAY we are pushing for 1 person, tomorrow it would be some Teacher and then some one else. THIS IS ALL BUREAUCRACY...! Why are we letting our children to suffer form a situation which we can directly work out with Didi, after all we are 1 family... CHILDREN shall go n attend the school and we can solve any situation collectively, I Bet. Lets join Hand and Pray and come together to put IDEAS and not the PERSON, as PERSON would not live for ever but good ideas would always be there for Generations.

Shri Mataji has established Sahaja Yoga in all countries. Many innocent yogies reside in each of these countries that make up one earth. Each yogie has his or her own view. No mater what country they are from. Why are we naming countries when it comes to yogies opinions. This is creating a divide amongst the world. This is indiscreet. Some sahaja yogies, weather they are Indian, Australian, Canadian, European have views to which the degrees also differ as we have seen in this discussion. Many Australians have eyes only for Shri Mataji, they are innocent yogies. Many some Indian Australians are also admiring the dinamic approach of Miss Mary and I'm sure in other countries not every yogies shares the exact same views as each other. If you find someone in your own country who's opinion differs from yours will you openly criticize your country that belongs also to Shri Mataji? And lets not forget that HH Shri Mataji is first and foremost the eyes of the school. Shri Mataji What Is YOUR Will? Forming strong opinions either way can take the focus off the vibrations.

There are no words to express the sorrow of a situation where we, as Yogis, are pleading with non Yogis whose Guru is greed and gain. Yes we send our children to ISPS because Talnoo is the Sahasrara of the Universe. and zee, money is not important for our evolution. But dharma is. And standing by dharma is our duty. Does Kalpana actually own the school?

I have two llittle girls who we are planning to send to ISPS, but we would have great reservations if they are removed. Come to eastern Canada if you have any doubts about their love for Shri Mataji

Dear "YA" You are absolutely right. It does not matter who the principal is - as long as they raise the level of vibrations and keep them as Ms. Mary did. You are only missing the point: There is no transparency on the school accounts and who is really taking the decisions in the background. No private school in the world would get away with such kind of secrecy especially in the light of drastic raising of the school fees. Read the open letter carefully again and you will see that we kindly ask for transparency on money matters. If this is just politics to you - well then you are with those who try to protect shady business. Mother mentioned several times that her family has nothing to do with Sahaja Yoga - and now the daughters own Sahaj Institutions?
