PETITION BACKGROUND ( Preamble ) Since 2004 when the herein Petitioners NARTATES family discovered that the T.C.T. No. 269101 and likewsie the Decree No. 1131 submitted to the herein petitioner as proof of ownership by the said FILINVEST LAND INC , was spurious ) 1.) That date of source of Origin of O.C.T. 333 is irregular in the sense that the a.) Date of Registration is way ( thirteen (13)years ) way ahead than the date of Original Survey. Irregular Per se . 2.) That the said T.C.T No. . 269101 is not submitted in the HLURB ENCRFO - record unit. ( as admitted by HLURB ENCRFO Director ALFREDO GIL M. TAN II in his email reply letter ( attached herewith ) 3.) That the Decree No. 1131 of T.C.T 269101 is located in Barrio Maginoo , Gapan Nueva Ecija , and not in the Capitol District Quezon City . 4.) That the said Mountain View SUBD. Project , Owned and develop by the said FILINVEST LAND INC. (FLI for short ) is located at the Capitol District of Quezon City That several letters request ( attached herewith ) was send to the HOUSING LAND USE AND REGULATORY BOARD ( HLURB for short ) 1.)To investigate, 2.) To.Call the attention, ) To COMMENT on the said irregularity/ies. Of the said FILIVEST LAND INC. . But the same HLRUB ENCRFO – PERSONELLs and employees in charge refuse and continue to refuse to comply to the herein petitioners request . WHEREFORE , it is most respectfully prayed of H.E. BENIGNO SIMEON C. AQUINO III, to issue a resolution ordering the HON . CHITO M. CRUZ to issue a NOTICE OF VIOLATION to the said evidently erring FILINVEST LAND INC. . Likewise to temporarily recall and suspend the said Permit and the said License to Sell , and the said Certificate of Registration of the same erring FILINVEST LAND INC /FILINVEST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION , For clearly apparent VIOLATIONS in the submitted documents in the said applications for LTS AND CR No.. 92-08- 2107. No. 92-08-2070 . Your honor please allow the said FILINVEST LAND INC. to COMMENT / ASAP if possible please , as of today on the said Authenticity issue raise ,against the said submitted material documents in the said HLURB ENCRFO applications .
