Mr. Kintop has had a huge impact on my son's life and education. I believe he is a valuable asset to the children of our future, connecting education to our kids in a creative way. The impact has personally caused my son to be more focused in learning with an increased desire to learn. When you have a teacher that can make a difference in the lives our children why would you want to loose that? It not only impacts the children he has taught but the ones he could potentially teach.

Sam is a thoughtful and compassionate person. His passion to educate and help children through the challenges of their formative years is evident in his one-on-one approach to relationship building. He is a positive influence on many.

Both my girls have had the privilege to have Mr Sam in their life at his time at Share and Care. Everyday my daughters were excited to see Mr Sam every chance they got. As my oldest daughter would tell me growing up at Share and Care is that Mr Sam was/is her favorite teacher and she always looked forward to seeing him. I might not of been around Sam while he was teaching at greenman/Hill but I know he is great with kids and from what I saw in the years at Share and Care not only with my kids but Mr Sam formed great bonds with students and staff and positive Mr Sam formed great bond with the students/staff he teached in district 129. Mr Sam deserves to be part of what he loves to do and that is teaching students....if someone has a dream to teach students I don’t think anyone should take that dream away from anyone...I may not know Mr Sam personally but what I see in Mr Sam is determination/love for kids/smart/never gives up/all around a great person. District 129 will be a great district with Mr Sam. GOOD LUCK MR SAM.

Mr. Sam has been a great teacher and role model for all 3 of my kids. We first connected with him through Share and Care and have remained in touch with him throughout the years. His willingness to just hang with the kids because he really wants to and because he actually likes them and not only because he was getting paid to, speaks volumes about his character. He is a genuine individual who cares deeply about forming meaningful relationships with kids. He's been a blessing to many families over the years and has much more to offer students in this community.

It would be a shame and a loss for the district to lose Sam! He’s great with kids and they all love him. Please consider retaining him!

Children of West Aurora school district and parents alike will lose someone special by not allowing him to continue teaching. Sams passion for what he does is off the charts. All teachers should be as committed as Sam is. There are a lot of intangibles for a teacher that can’t be measured . Sam has these intangibles in abundance Please keep Sam making a positive difference in these families lives. He would do it for feee if not for having to pay for the basics on Maslow‘s hierarchy of needs .
