Mr. J's has been in this city for over 30 years. There is violence throughout this entire city and state. There was two incidents of shootings on the interstate Sunday, February 20, 2022 and there has been other shootings on the freeway/interstates as well. Are you going to shutdown the freeways?

This is a beautiful place to socialize and meet with family and friends and to hear great music and enjoy good food!! Violence is everywhere in Milwaukee county.

As a community activist who lives in the Sherman Park area and has patronized and supported Mr J's, I'm signing in support of them to maintain their standing. I'd like to offer to work with them and any city officials to help ensure better safety and address any issues. As we know, bars and clubs are often preyed upon by the criminal element, as some of this violence may very well be out of their total control. However I believe we can improve the situation in total without losing a great establishment.

Don't give up the fight! There is violence on the downtown area and East Side, yet no one is trying to deny liquor licenses to their establishments.
