The scale of this response has secured us a formal meeting with the oversight committee next week. I am currently preparing the documentation and evidence packages required to present our case directly to the decision makers.

Mr. Pabley is a champion of all students, including special populations, shows fairness in discipline and understands the challenges Horner faces as it transitions to a middle school model.

He cares about the kids. Normally I wouldn’t sign anything but Mr.Pabley went out of his way to make sure my son felt safe at school. He listened to all my concerns and when bigger kids were harassing my son, he put a stop to it. I think very highly of him. Thank you

I ,personally, go to Horner Junior High already and I would prefer to have a principal who is used to the school environment. I will be supportive of petitioning Mr. Pabley as the Horner Junior High Principal for 2019-2020. GO HORNETS!

Mr. Pabley was one of the only people my daughter was comfortable talking to at school about issues. He handles all of them amicably and holds students accountable for there actions in a fair manor! He would be an excellent principal.

He is familiar with the school, its needs, and he is not afraid to stand up to situations that are difficult, this is when it comes to students, parents, and teachers. He is tough but fair, & to my knowledge very approachable

The school needs someone familiar with the school/personnel/plans to lead during this critical transition time.
