Eskom has a diversity of employees, diverse culture, you never made anyone feel out of place because of their colour,you have been equal to all race, because without the Gaurdians of diversity there would be no Eskom and without you we wouldn't be doing this well. You have changed the minds of many diverse cultures, and you have shown that it is not about colour but about the caliber to lead a diverse nation into victory. Please retract your resignation. We plead with you, we cannot go back and suffer while employees must get some benefits HR will sweep it under the carpet and put a tomb stone on it. you have done a lot to boost the morale of the Gaurdians and you will continue to take us forward.
