Man loving man is punished same as man killing a man. Is loving equal to killing?

Under democracy, LGBT people are living like criminal. Eradicate 377 and uphold human Rights.

everyone should be equal and not criminalised for who they are! Besides there are so many more pressing issues this country has to start taking seriously like animal cruelty and the lack of justice for it.

I would also add that as per the recent trends the section 377 is also being misused by wifes to wrongly frame and harrass their husbands and family. May I please request to consider people request

Freedom to be! Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high; Where knowledge is free; Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls; Where words come out from the depth of truth; Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection; Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit; Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever-widening thought and action--- Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake.

It's a shame that 'morality' comes up when two adults engage in amorous activities within their bedrooms. You cannot expect pro LGBT firms such as Apple (which has an openly Gay CEO), Facebook, etc. to work in India where they'll be imprisoned. The double standard of 'Indian culture' that adds to the tourism spots of Khujaraho temples at the same time rejects private sexual acts. This deplorable law has already been condemned by the UN and it's time to remove it and help India not be in the same rank as Saudi, Iran and Nigeria when it comes to human rights.

Please reappeal Sec 377. It's defaming us as being abnormal when we are actually not. What we do in the privacy of our rooms need not be a national affair. Your action to terror strikes should be.
