Have you read and looked through the Battalion Handbook: I have previously however i'm awaiting access to the battalion handbook so I can read upon the newest of rules.

Quick summary about you: (70 Words - Minimum) My name is Mr Matthew, I am a very dedicated person, backed up by the fact i have worked hard to get back to my position on WG. I have a very easy going attitude however I am able to be serious when a situation demands it, i think my easy attitude helps me communicate with players and helps me to keep my cool in any situation and not loose my temper. I love playing games and also dabbling in photography, I work most weekends betweeen 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM with the occasional weekday, this means my activty in the day time is very good. i normally stop playing around 11:30pm but I will often go until a later time. I overall loved working with people and I always am thinking of others, even if it is just giving directions.

Why should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) I believe I should be picked for Battalion due to the time and the effort I have put into place in my previous experience on werwolf gaming. I am understandable that a few mishaps have happened in the past while I have been on the Werwolf Gaming Community however I can assure you that those times are now in my past. I believe I have changed after I took a small amount of time away from the server to reflect myself and the way I had previously been and after that now feel that I am a changed character. I also believe that my roleplay on the server has been very good and has been complimented multiple times in the past on how well I take situations into a roleplay matter. I am very understanding of the rules and the importance of becoming Battalion. Not only out of character but also lore wise. Working as a Commander I am Aware of the role I will be playing on responding to Battalion request and other Battalion business such as commanding clones in a training or in an event. I feel it would help being a Battalion as I have a recording software to record any meetings that take place if this is needed, as I have previously worked with as a personal assistant for many.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) The roles and responsibilities of a Battalion member are endless. Starting just with events, the Battalion need to make sure all the clones are following the orders efficiently and effectively that have been given to them either by their Commanders and or any Members of Battalion this also applies on Rishi Moon and in the Venator. Each Battalion Member is also responsible for his or her Uniform, making sure it reaches the regulations that have been set in place. Following all the rules including the Voice Amplifier rules, such as only one member of Battalion can use the voice amplifier at one time. i am also aware of how important the meetings are and i will try my best to attend all.

Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: (If so, explain why) i have been kicked in the past as i was asked to calm down and take a break, i did indeed follow that and took a break, the reason i was kicked was because i gave massive disrespect to a member of fleet after having a small spat that got out of hand, i later apologized to the fleet member in question and also apologized to the Marshal Commander, my Commander and the Fleet for showing a bad example in front of the rest of the Clones. I have also been banned previously for a situation i am very apologetic for, and i hope that people canlook past that and see me for who i am now rather for who i was then.

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank : I am aware of this and have witnessed Battalion and Fleet members that have either lost ranks or been completely removed from such, i am also aware of the reasons these members have lost their ranks and how to avoid it happening to myself.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL) In combat battalions role is to lead the regiments and follow orders from there superior officer. They must check the state of each regiment making sure they are doing what is best for the situation set at hand. Overall, during combat they over see that the orders set for the reigments are being excecuted

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? if im correct it is
1. They must lead a training that involves Questions, Faces and Formations
2. They must lead a event with great success .
3. They must call also lead a debrief following an event.

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? They assist the leader to make large decisions, they also assist in making sure each regiment are following orders and correctly and efficiently . They can also help with regimental requests granting or denying anything missed by the leader. they are also available at hand if the leader is kidnapped or any other situation that means the leader is removed from comms.
