There is a program called Barbell Shrugged that has been changing the face of strength and conditioning over the past few years. You have unknowingly been a main source of inspiration for at least one of the hosts, Chris Moore. I'm going on record as a fan and follower of the program and saying that we would all love to see you make an appearance on the show to philosophize with the guys about life and the barbell. Please.
