I say go for it!!! She had a chance to say something and she sent an email out insulting everyone's intelligence. And for some reason cancelled the emergency board mtg called for last night. We all know the truth and don't appreciate attempts to purposefully mislead people.

I am appalled to hear the news about Allen
Our daughter went from prek to 12th grade at Duchesne and every day Allen was there with a smile and genuine greeting. Everyday I looked forward to seeing him as did our daughter.
He is a gentleman who knew everybody's name - girls and families and cared for the wellbeing of everybody.
He personified what the community of a school should be all about.
So I truly hope that the school reconsider's its decision and reinstates him immediately.

Alan is, quite simply, a large part of what has made Duchesne such a special place and a haven for our girls. He is needed still.

Mr Allen was the best! He brought the community together. He loved his work. Every time that I saw him, he always had a smile on his face.

Mr. Alan is the only thing that has been constant in my Duchesne time. He has continuously been there for everyone and faithfully served Duchesne yet he gets treatment like this. He deserves so much better

Mr Allen has known most of our girls for the majority of their little lives. They look up to him and look forward to seeing him greet them every morning. As parents, we know that he loves our girls and would fiercely defend the should harm ever come their way. And that is exactly what he did one awful weekend when our girls where holding a car wash and a young man, strung out on drugs, exposed himself and made lewd comments to my daughter. Mr Allen chased down that man and along with other parents, held him until the police arrived. I have always felt that Mr Allen was not only a staple of our community but a blessing as well. Thank you Mr Allen! We look forward to having you back to protect our girls!

Strong schools are based on strong relationships, and Mr. Allen's relationships with faculty, staff, and families is part of what makes Duchesne great.

Michelle Heinz: the school has had ample time to communicate. Things were brewing yesterday and Swensen chose to remain silent until today. Unacceptable. We need transparency. Baloney that she didn't know. She should know every single person with access on that campus. It's unacceptable that she didn't know. She should know! That's what I know. That's a fact! My girls are at risk while she doesn't know who is on campus.

Mr. Allen McCan represents the very best of Duchesne. I can't imagine the school without his genuine generosity and open smile. Please bring him home.

I was at Duchesne from 1998-2012. I would see Mr. Allen every day. He made an effort to know everyone's name whether they were a new student in the pre-K or a new student in high school. Our community loves him so much.

Mr. Allen is an amazing man and extremely dedicated to Duchesne. When my daughter started at Duchesne at PreK4, he was one of the reasons why I felt very confident when I dropped my daughter off and left for the day. He was extremely loving and caring and knew all of us by name. Please bring back Mr. Allen, he is a part of Duchesne!!!!! Duchesne won't be the same without him. Judge him on his loyalty and dedication to Duchesne.
Thank you

Mr. Allen always tries to get my daughter to smile whenever he sees her. He knows everyone and is so protective of "his" girls; just like a father. It would be a tremendous loss to have him leave Duchesne.

Miya, We are all upset, and no one believes that the school didn't know anything. Still, I think we need to give them a bit longer to formulate a reasonable response before airing our dirty laundry in public. The complaint came from a school employee, and I don't doubt for a minute that the administration knows who it is.
Hello Board, Hello Ms. Swenson, Are you listening?

When I saw my sister post this, I did not even hesitate to sign this petition. It doesn't take a student or teacher to know that man is a beautiful soul and a constant smile in so many people's lives, even my life, when dropping off / picking up my sisters at Duchesne.
