I would like Mp's pensions to be the same as NHS workers pensions. As it is, MP's pensions are based on 1/50ths of their salary, whereas NHS workers pensions are 1/80ths. That means an MP needs to work only 25years to get one half of their salary as a pension, but an NHS employee has to work 40 years for half of their salary.
