The language is so broad that it basically gives them a free pass to target minorities. Repeal this now.
Ridiculous that someone can get in trouble just for standing somewhere. How do you judge intent by just looking at someone? It makes no sense.
way too vague. basically lets them stop anyone they feel like. needs to go.
Seriously? Lurking? Is this the 1920s? Stop wasting tax money on this junk.
This is just an excuse for cops to harass whoever they want. Get rid of it.

LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE. Minneapolis needs to stop criminalizing being outside.
