The City of Manassas Park is proposing property tax increase for the 2009-2010 fiscal year. The proposed rates vary from $1.35 to $1.75 per $100.00 of tax assessed value. The City of Manassas Park currently has one of the highest property tax rates in the Commonwealth of Virginia (top 10). STOP our city officials from raising our property taxes.
