The exam dates are too close for the 3 majors to be done with our best capabilities. It will be too overwhelming. Please move the date of the electronics exam

Writing 3 majors in one week is not enough for me to remember all the material that was done throughout the whole semester. The 2 of these exams are 3 hours long which shows that there will be a lot of content tested. This is a grantee for a very low pass rate for the year 2025.

We respectfully request that the Electronics exam be rescheduled to a different date, as it is currently set in the same week as Mathematics and EMS. These three courses are all logic-dense and concept-heavy, requiring extended preparation and consistent focus to achieve good results.
Placing them so close together creates an excessive workload within a very limited time frame. This not only increases stress and fatigue but also limits the opportunity for students to adequately revise and consolidate the material for each subject. The outcome is a higher risk of burnout and a reduced ability to perform at our true potential.
We believe that adjusting the timetable to space these exams more reasonably would benefit both students and the academic integrity of the assessment process. With fairer scheduling, students would be better able to demonstrate their understanding, leading to stronger overall performance and a more accurate reflection of the effort put into these demanding courses.
For these reasons, we kindly ask that the Electronics exam be moved to a different date to ensure a more balanced and manageable examination

Would we kindly please get a more balanced timetable. One of the three exams written in one week is MATH1014, which has two components and they are both demanding. We would appreciate a positive response from you.
