This man sexually abused a little girl that's very close to my heart. On Christmas Eve 2015, he excused himself to the "restroom" but went into her bedroom while she was dreaming about Santa and molested her!
To avoid the little girl going through a trial by jury the family agreed to a plea bargain of lesser charges that would give him some time in jail, lifelong probation and he has to wear a gps tracking device for the rest of his miserable life.
He has just recently established residency with his parents, in this little girls' neighborhood with only 5 houses and a church separating them!! He is also illegally residing within 1,000 feet of two different daycare/preschools! HE HAS TO MOVE!
We've started this petition to have him removed from this location as well as to bring awareness to our communities.

This is ridiculous! There is no way that poor girl should have this man living anywhere near her, especially so close that she would potentially see him & have to be reminded of what this man did to her. And he should not be near the daycare centers either. Sex offenders are not supposed to be near places like that!
Keep victim and all children safe. Make him move away, don't care if his parents live there or not. They can move too if they love the creep that much!
At the rate of his recidivism, he needs to be in an isolated area, not in an upscale neighborhood with CHILREN or families!!!! Get it together NC corrections and judges!!!
This is just wrong he hurts this little girl mentally and physically and now lives where she has to see him and relive the nightmare every single day! NO , make him move!
This is my granddaughter that were speaking about no way do I feel this man should be living in this neighborhood or in any neighborhood with children are and especially not that close to a daycare or school or the child he molested

I don't understand how we can allow this man to continuously harm the victim and the victim's family. This is mental abuse because the family can not feel safe and must live with constant fear and stress.
