Despite our begging for this person to be moved in order to create a more productive work environment, our cries have been ignored. This person is loud, annoying, distracting and has quite the odor problem. He is not doing any work that is conducive to our unit. He distracts all employees with his theories and rants. Also, he is not able to be trained on the work pertaining to this unit because of his inability to focus. Please help us get this person moved to the appropriate unit in order to create a better work atmosphere and improve on mental health throughout the office.
