Why do you want to stop a plant that has numerois health benefits and no bad side effects at all... Learn your history why and how it became illegal in the 1st place. You can have a great little city if you open you eyes and stop pandering to the few and so called rich... I would be hapoy to be an consulta lnt as i work closely in the industry, legally and Nationwide.

People wonder why young people are leaving this city and why Olean lost 70% of it's population in the past couple of decades. It's because those people had no representation. Want to make Olean a better place to live? Want to create more jobs and help the local economy? Want to keep dollars in the city and not let them go to nearby towns and counties? Allow this to happen.

If this is legalized by the state, blocking sales in the city will do nothing but prevent Olean from reaping the economic benefits of allowing it. You're simply driving revenue out of the city, into surrounding towns.

I don’t partake myself, but when it’s legalized in our state there is no reason to ban sales. ONLY regulate them. It could bring new businesses and industries into the area. And with them, jobs.
