Mr. Moulds needs to learn how to care for his son that has been diagnosed with Asperger. Mr. Moulds on many occasions has chosen to inappropriate behavior when handing his son’s issues. This includes physical, emotional and verbal abuse. There is a proper way to handle his child when he is escalading and Mr. Moulds has refused to parent by the basic parenting skills of an Asperger’s child. Mr. Moulds is to partake in therapy for his anger issues. On more than one account, Mr. Moulds has been verbally, emotionally and physically abusive towards his child. Mr. Moulds’ child attends a special education school to assist with his emotional outbursts. Mr. Moulds’ child also attends behavioral skills therapy since he has been five (5) years old on how to properly handle his emotional outburst. Mr. Moulds’ actions are the opposite of what his child is being taught and Mr. Moulds is not setting a good example on how to deal with different issues. Mr. Moulds does seem to have traits of adult Aspergers. He appears to be passive, but when pushed or made uncomfortable, he becomes verbal, emotional and physically abusive. It is also recommended that Mr. Moulds take a psychological assessment. This information may be kept confidential; however this is needed so Mr. Moulds receives the appropriate care. In order for Mr. Moulds to regain visitation/custody of the minor child, he must show proof that he has received appropriate training on how to handle his son regarding Aspergers and he must have a therapist release Mr. Moulds from his care. Until this is complete all visitation of the child will be suspended. Any costs incurred to Ms. Moulds for appropriate child care during the assigned visitation by Mr. Moulds with the minor child will be paid by Mr. Moulds. When visitation/custody is restored, Mr. Moulds must provide the court that he has enrolled the minor child in a licensed child care/program. This requirement is in affect until the minor child’s care team believes he can be left alone. Also, Ms. Moulds must be informed of the care Mr. Moulds enrolls the minor child and Mrs. Moulds must provide approval before the minor child can participate in the program. Mr. Moulds is responsible for all incurring costs of taking care of the minor child during visitation/custody time. Minor child shall not be left alone with Mr. Moulds’ 88 year old mother. Mr. Moulds’ mother is not capable of taking care of the minor child alone. She has been known to use a fly swatter on the minor child to try and control the situation. Besides being physically abusive, it also goes against setting a good example. Mr. Moulds’ mother is not capable of restraining the minor child when he is escalading and refuses to follow the advice of Mrs. Moulds on how best to handle the minor child. While Mr. Moulds has custody of the minor child, an agent of the state of Florida will perform unannounced inspections of the Mr. Moulds’ mother’s residence to ensure the minor child has not been left alone. At this time, no charges will be pressed against Mr. Moulds’ mother. A no contact order is being requested against Ms. Charlene Snyder. Ms. Snyder also has not shown appropriate behavior for handling the minor child. Examples not allowing the child to go his bedroom to get ahold of his emotions as she was yelling at him to pick up Legos. Mr. Moulds was in the area and did nothing to stop the wrong behavior and allowed Ms. Snyder to continue to be an example of the behavior that the minor child is currently attending therapy to not to exhibit. Also Ms. Snyder has made the minor child uncomfortable by invading his private space. If Mr. Moulds wishes to continue a relationship with Ms. Snyder, she must not have contact with the minor child. All transportation costs for the minor child will be paid by Mr. Moulds. Currently, the minor child may not fly unaccompanied without a parent or a legal guardian, approved by both parents and the court. Until the minor child’s care team believes he is able to be transported without guardianship, guardianship must be provided. Guardianship must not be provided by transportation provider.
