The response to this petition has grown into a momentum that I find truly significant. It confirms that the frustration regarding these hardware failures is shared by a vast number of users who expect better quality. We move forward with a clearer path toward holding the manufacturer accountable.

They feel so flimsy. Really disappointed because I expected better quality from them.
The design is so bad. Hard to skip tracks when the buttons just dont click right. Waste of money.
Cheap plastic junk. Mine stopped working mid workout. Motorola needs to own up to this.
total garbage. buttons broke after a week of running. never buying motorola again.
FIX THIS! I love the sound but the build quality is honestly embarrassing for such a big company.

hard to use while active at all. you push the button and nothing happens half the time. frustrating.
