I wish we could get somebody in there that knew what they were doing we are so disappointed with the way things are going missed two years of being there and with the money that we've been paying and not being able to use our condo there should be a lot of stuff done there and then to hear that they haven't even gotten roof contractors out there just very disappointed so whatever can improve I'm voting for thatp

Positively brilliant! Thank u to everyone who has contributed to the "behind the scenes" research to try to change things for the better & all the owners for their input. Hope it is open by the new 12/16/17 date. My mum & I each have an OF studio next to each other. Both Purchased fall 2015 & Christmas at the beach was wonderful! If OE is OPEN for business & we cannot come, we would, most likely, be eager to rent & would probably communicate via this website. Alas, it would probably be (too?) short notice for anyone who was interested. Sharon Lord, 3007/51.
