Dear Honorable Alexander P. Bicket: I am writing you this letter asking for your assistance in bringing justice in the divorce proceeding between myself, Michael K. Willis, Sr. and LaShauna D. Willis. It has been over 2 years since I was separated from LaShauna D. Willis, as ruled by your Honorable Bicket on February 6, 2013. I am asking for your help in kindly bringing these proceedings to finalization, by ruling on my behalf on the following issues; 1. Kindly rule in my favor regarding the order of court dated February 19, 2013, Michael K. Willis, Sr. (Plantiff) vs. LaShauna D. Willis (Defendant), as the defendant failed to comply with the order of court regarding Praecipe for Rule to Compel Filing of an Inventory within 30 days, regarding equitable distribution of property, from the filing date of February 19, 2013. It is my understanding that as a result of LaShauna D. Willis failure to comply with the court order, that my request would be approved. (See attached Praecipe for Rule to Compel Filing date February 19, 2013) 2. As a result of approving the February 19, 2013 Praecipe for Rule to Compel Filing, I’m asking the Honorable Judge Bicket to grant Michael K. Willis, Sr. (Plantiff) the complaint in divorce against LaShauna D. Willis (Defendant), for reason that the parties have been separated for over 2 years, as ruled by the court. Request in divorce was filed on July 19, 2012 by Elizabeth Warner Altman, Esquire. 3. As the court ruled in October 2012, that $750.00 in fees were to be awarded to Michael K. Willis, Sr. as a result of delays to court proceedings as a result of LaShauna D. Willis’ counsels failure to address in a timely fashion various requests from the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County and Attorney Lea Anderson, previous counsel for Michael K. Willis, Sr. It is my request that the court enforce the payment of the $750.00 in fees that are owed by LaShauna D. Willis. 4. I’m pleading with the court to not grant LaShauna D. Willis spousal support for reason stated in the attached document entitled Michael K. Willis, Sr. Request of the Court. I sincerely thank you in advance for your compassionate assistance in bringing this very long and difficult process to an end. Sincerely, Mr. Michael K. Willis, Sr. CC: File Enclosure
