I'm so sad reading this, had ity not being for the election, students will not have any idea of the ongoing discrimination going on. Trustees board should stand with the decision of the Executive committee

So much for Equality, The elections committee are completely behind these allegation, why do they bring up issues because student of color are running?. The Union should be for all students not for some SUBU staffs and certain student. Candidate have being elected by the students MAJORITY.

So much for inclusivity and diversity. We are waiting for the trustees board, false allegations without evidence. It's high time we say no to discrimination.

Elections committee who already have their preferred candidate, the nus body must of these racism in our union, i still saw a particular candidate late at night outside poole trying to talk to student and how passionate he was, and some lazy candidate who slept their ass off are trying to undermine their hardwork. The Union is polluted with biased staffs, The trustess board will uphold the helm of fairness and allow the elected candidate to win. It is obvious the elections committe knew the candidate had won hence they are doing anything to disqualify them. I can never trust these Union.

It is extremely obvious that the Elections committee is completely biased, and there are some Subu staffs behind this. The Union elections is decided by student majority not the schemedup discriminatory staff. Until we fight the issue of racism, the union can never be transparent. Most of the staff do not even relinquish the idea of having international student become elected officers. What a toxic Union. I'll advise the candidate to sue the committee

It is shame such a shame to see this happening. I assume the aim of SUBU is to treat everybody fairly and equily no matter their colour or gender(no discrimination whatsoever) as an international student I feel unwelcome at Student Union some how. Each and every student at BU has a voice and the right to represent his/her Uni . I am deeply sad and disagree with this dishonest decision made regarding Said case and here I am saying the petition.

I am so sure the elections committe knew the candidate had won or wer winning prior to the close of the election, hence the elections committee speaehearded by the CRO had to something drastic and evil by framig aand devising allegations aganist them. The simple reason i can never get involved in such toxic and discriminatory polluted union.

I still can't comprehend why the commitee is appealing, they both won by the student majority, it is clear the elections committe is biased. Notodiscrimination

Its such a pity nothing has being done to curb and deal with this issues, Wow, I'm sure a sabb would threaten an elected officer. This isn't fair. Its high time the union becomes transparent, and injustice and discrimination is eradicated from our union
