The Univeristy is supposed to be a safe place for students who come from different backgrounds, but with such discriminatory CRO this is not possible.
The fact that the elctions commitee did not invistigate about the complaints made by the new elected officers means there was a conspiracy to make them down,
Shame on you CRO.

My mate Joseph has being elected by the student majority, any other decision would undermine democracy, The mentioned CRO is highly biased and discriminary against Educational rights and SUBU constitution, I personally witnessed how hard he worked for it.

I will emplore the Trustees Board respect democracy, both candidate have being elected, I voted for both candidate, any chance to undermine democracy which is what the racist, biased and islamophobic CRO (Georgia Larkins) wants would lead to a protest, and the media will know of the in transparency. No to discrimination. No to double srandards, Student majority has decided.

Those candidates have been elected by student majority, I cannot understand why some SUBU's staffs interfer in this election !!!!!!!

As a chinese student that supported both candidate, i am not happy at this, no space for international students at this SUBU. Really disgraceful and that CRO should apologize to them.

I'm in support of democracy. this is really discrimination aganist this candidates and someone this imcompetent, biased and totally lacks the sensitivity of handling complaints shouldn't have being made a CRO, for subsequent elections next year to aviod dispute and reach a fair and resonable resolution, the CRO should undergo extensive training and should be from a Law background, also it is absolutely ridiculous to hear an officer is threatening a newly elected officer. The Union is begining to lose it's values and all sense of inclusiveness.

This is absolutely disgusting, I initially refused to comment but seeing a racist comment on the SU President facebook profile who was once a sabb is completely disgraceful, how do you want minority to feel about your comments. I now have have informed awareness of the discrimination going on as i only heard a side of the story previously before now. 1) The student Union is absolutely polluted and i stand to support this petition that these candidates deserve the win, 2) Both candidates have being elected by the students 3) A fellow candidate campaigning in Cameo and nothing was done is biased and wrong and the committee did absolutely level shows high level of unjust 4) Allegations laid without graphic evidence is absoluely not one 5)There should be more sanctions aganist racism of students. Trustees should respect the decision of the Executive committee. Lastly there should be an official apology to both candidate, anyone can raise allegations.

What the hell is going on with this Elections Committee ...... last year with the current president and now with the new elected officers !!!!!! Said was the only candidate, and I'm saying was the ONLY ONE who had the guts to kindly apporach me and speak about his program that I found it interesting, no one was brave enough to do that, Said won and he fully deserves it ........ Dead discussion.

Honestly!!!, this CRO is completely unlike Chloe schendel wilson, the past president, while the latter had to call a stop to this racist rant when the First international student was elected, it's unfortunate the opposite is the case for this CRO. she has really misused power, a disgrace to democracy, The student majority has elected this candidates, plus we have exams soon. Reason why some students don't engage with the Union at all.
