as a bus driver you would b as well shutting all the shops at 3pm because motherwell is dead get a grip mtc lower ur rates shops will come back when we were young we used to spend all day on a sat in motherwellit was mobbed but the planners have got it all wrong you could have had a bus station in motherwell just a little thought and imagination motherwell has not had a makeover for over 40yrs time it had one

Shopping in Motherwell is absolutely disgraceful no variety pound shops and vapour shops needs sorted when good shops are giving up because of high rent and then the shops lie empty bringing in no revenue the system needs to be revised

Motherwell town centre has lost it's heart and amateurish planning has in effect split the town centre into three shopping areas all separated, lack of parking and lack of quality high street shops means that no one would travel from out of town to shop in Motherwell.

Shopping in Motherwell is a joke if it's not a pound shop it's an e-cig shop decent shops are closing down due to high rates and then they are lying empty. Surely rates could be lowered as I would think some revenue is better than none time to rethink

Am I the only one that likes all the pound and charity shops? Maybe that's because those are the only places I can afford to shop. Don't see all you high end retail shoppers getting your rich asses down to business gateway for a franchise loan or anything. No you would rather just moan and expect someone else to fix your self involved problems.

I agree Motherwell is a disgrace all they are interested in is building houses and damaging our wild live the more houses they build and atract folks into our town the more coucil tax they get and do we benifit from that No

The quality of the outlets in the town has been in a steady decline for years. There are only a few shops worth visiting in the centre of there were better shops and better parking I would be more inclined to cost the town than go to the out of town outlets as the town is closer and would be more convienient

Motherwell - AKA Dawn of the Dead! Junkies as far as the eye can see!! I never go anywhere near McD's as its too scary up there as they're all hanging about asking you for money. Even when you have small children with you. They're creepy.
Now that KFC is there there's never any parking spaces and if I'm going on a night out I don't want to buy my outfit from a charity shop!
