The website allows users to upload videos taken of people without consent, and there is minor moderation of what gets uploaded.
If you should find yourself on Motherless, spending any significant amount of time, I encourage you to consider seeking mental health support as there is a lot of content on there harboring and promoting rape culture content and other potentially harmful content.
