PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!! I have never before seen a tv show that I would consider to be a masterpiece like this. It is not right that people are not able to see this tv programme in all its glory!

As of 5th November 2020, almost 9 months after it was taken down, this series' third episode has finally been reuploaded on YouTube by "Cleops"; the remaining instance of its VHS on Amazon UK is also still there for now

As of 17th September 2020, 7 months after it was taken down, the series' 2nd episode has finally been reuploaded to YouTube by "Cleops", who uploaded an earlier BBC comedy series that has not seen a DVD release, "Oh Happy Band!" (1979-80), in full yesterday; one of the two copies of the VHS on Amazon UK has also been sold since the last check

As of 18th June 2020, 4 months after it was taken down, this series' 1st episode has been reuploaded on YouTube by its current user "Cleops" (who seems to be trying to recapture the essence of what "British Yesterdays" once was), but they do not seem to have any of the others; the asking price of the VHS on Amazon UK has also now gone down to £39.99, and another copy of it is on there at the same price, so at least TWO people can have the whole of the first serial on disc if they order them and transfer them to blank DVDs after they get hold of them

Assuming both of the previous day's comments were added by the same individual, and they didn't know that anonymous ones shall not be visible on the site right away (like they once were), they should know that all four serials of the series (not just the first) have been for sale as Prime video on Amazon UK, and paid downloads on iTunes, at £6.99 each since late 2016

As of May 2020 a copy of the series' VHS (which contains all twelve parts of its first serial, "Mortimer's Pocket") is for sale on Amazon UK for £49.99, so if someone orders it and transfers it to a blank DVD after receiving it, at least ONE person can have it on disc
