Great initiative!! Got all my support. Biden’s administration may not go there and risk loosing the agreement Israel/Morocco signed up.. I spent 22 months in Tichla doing my military service as Lieutenant MD.. and seen what Polisario had done to Sahraouis kidnapped to be part of their camp. Talking about human rights.. they’re criminals have no respect for the Human life. The outdated Algerian government has no plan for economic growth for its nation, trying to stir up things to shift the attention...of the Algerians

As American Moroccan members of the Washington Moroccan American Club, we have full confidence in your wise judgements and well thought decisions. We are asking you to take in consideration the motives of such a move from some members of the senate which we find unhelpful. As American Moroccans we hold deep love and respect to our country of origin as well as to our great nation the United States of America. Reversing the US recognition of Moroccan sovereignty of the Sahara will only hurt us and undermine the historical ties that unite Morocco and the United Sates. Such a decision will lead to the voices of violence and separation to grow stronger in the region. We know, Mr. President, the extent of your belief and conviction in the role of peace and negotiations, and we also know that the autonomy solution under Moroccan sovereignty proposed by Morocco enjoys international support. The Moroccan Sahara is considered the gateway to Africa for development, prosperity and the fight against extremism, all of which are in our interest as Americans and Moroccans who still have family and historical ties that cannot be erased. Mr.Presisent, When United States talk to the Muslim and the Arab world, Morocco is presented as the Role Model on all levels especially the political ,social stability and the ratio of development. Algeria must understand that the cold war and the military coups are over...subsidize a few separatists to create a state just because Algeria needs an exit on the Atlantic is unacceptable . We Moroccan Americans are very concerned how Algeria is using her financial resources again The Moroccan interests while the Alegrian people can not find milk.
