We greatly regret the hostile disposition of those regencies toward this nation, who have never injured them, is not to be removed, on terms of our power to com- ply with. Within our territories there are no mines, wither of gold or silver, and this young nation just recovering from the waste and dissolution of a long war, have not, as yet, had time to acquire riches by agriculture and commerce. But our soil is bountiful, and our people industrious, and we have reason to flatter our- selves that we shall gradually become useful to our friends. Morocco was, is, and will always be the most devoted and most loyal ally to the US n Israel in the whole continent of Africa, of course Russia nd China are very well aware of that, nd are sparring no efforts to break Morocco nd take over that entire region, that's why they are strongly sponsoring Algeria who is their constant ally in N.Africa to split Morocco in half nd create another state of theirs there .. As a US democratic citizen , I sir have full confidence that you will use your full wisdom to extend your thorough support to Morocco, nd to never listen to those hostile voices whose main objectives is to tarnish your good image worldwide.

We are writing in reference to a letter sent to your office on February 17, 2021 signed by 27 US senators, related to the Moroccan Sahara issue. As American Moroccan members of the Washington Moroccan American Club, we have full confidence in your wise judgements and well thought decisions. We are asking you to take in consideration the motives of such a move from some members of the senate which we find unhelpful. As American Moroccans we hold deep love and respect to our country of origin as well as to our great nation the United States of America. Reversing the US recognition of Moroccan sovereignty of the Sahara will only hurt us and undermine the historical ties that unite Morocco and the United Sates. Such a decision will lead to the voices of violence and separation to grow stronger in the region. We know, Mr. President, the extent of your belief and conviction in the role of peace and negotiations, and we also know that the autonomy solution under Moroccan sovereignty proposed by Morocco enjoys international support. The Moroccan Sahara is considered the gateway to Africa for development, prosperity and the fight against extremism, all of which are in our interest as Americans and Moroccans who still have family and historical ties that cannot be erased. We hope that the voice of wisdom and reason will prevail over the voice of division. Respectfully,
