For young children and adults who have ADHD and loved ones who arnt getting much support.

I have started this petition in hope that we can all come together and make a differance for our future..

Theres not enough support out there for us all, one in my area that i know of and i think its extremely important for not just us ADHDers but our partners and family to get the support too!

Theres very few support groups, or support for those who are on a long waiting list to see an ADHD specialist, schools (other pupils or teachers) arnt educated enough so children arnt recieving enough support from school. Parents or family members are also not getting enough support or a better understanding of ADHD making life difficult for everybody who has ADHD or families.

My aim is if we get enough signatures.. we could hopefully make a differance.. More ADHD adult support groups.. ADHD chidren support groups.. parents and family support groups.. keeping them all seperate days or nights so everybody gets to talk and learn.. Better teaching and understand for us who have ADHD as we struggle to concentrate or read about our condition. Also more leaflets and notice boards in schools, colleges, doctors and hospitals with details and contact numbers for support groups as theres not enough information about for ADHD.

If we get enough signatures not am i only hopeing for more support groups but im also hopeing it will be more of an eye opener to those who think ADHD is 'outgrown' 'cured' 'non exsisting' or 'naughty kid syndrome' ADHD needs to be taken more seriously and im more than sure alot of us are fed up of the ignorance and lack of support out there.
