we need more dedicated staff to provide assistance for the elder that need our support
More staff are required at LTCs to feed people.
Provide more funding for senior care at nursing homes and lodges.
I hope I will never have to go through this with my family, either for my parents or for myself when I get old. This is disgraceful as a human race to treat our elders like this.
Does this not make you scared of being old and alone, nothing will. Stop disrespecting our elderly! Someone needs to care - Some one needs to make it change!
This is disgusting and needs to be stopped.
Need to invest more funds to hire adequate staff!

It is about focusing on the issues at hand. An extreme shortage of staff is a major issue that is mentioned on a daily basis but never truly heard! How can the dedicated staff members provide the optimal care they want to when they have such a heavy workload placed upon them. The priorities of the system are flawed. Why is this? This example of abuse should not be taken lightly, but it should not define all the care staff as a whole!
