This petition goes to SEGA, for the most part, and preferably Steam as well.

While the Sonic games available on Steam are nice, there are plenty of Sonic games that aren't even available on PC altogether that really ought to be. It wouldn't hurt the market at all to spread some of his better titles such as "Sonic Unleashed" or "Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity" and other games from that era.

I have yet to speak with anyone who's disagreed. In my own experience, it's been great to have an abundance of Sonic's older games, but Sonic Generations is all that's newer than 2001 other than those car games and Sonic 4. Those games may be newer, but they aren't nearly as good in replay value as Sonic Unleashed or Sonic 06 (yeah, I know the game's incomplete, but I still can't get enough of it on my PS3 8 years later. Besides, Microsoft rushed its development by a long shot. Maybe they'd be motivated to update and patch it pretty constantly if they put it on the Steam store). I could go off and buy Sonic Heroes or Sonic Riders in hopes that they're compatible with Windows 8.1, but it's terribly inconvenient, especially with keeping the discs in the drive to play either game.

Basically, the most dramatic and fast Sonic games are primarily from 2003 to 2009, and none of them are on PC. Something needs to be done about that.
