A proper foot path and lighting is needed now we cannot wait for another tradegy to happen. The speed limit should also be reduced

Traffic lights and a pedestrian crossing are also needed near The Chandos where school buses stop. Please ensure the village is a safer place for pedestrians. Cars go far too fast through the main roads.

My daughter grew up with Ben through primary, junior & senior school, my heart felt condolences to Bens family and friends, such a tragic waste of a young life.... these roads leading to and through our villages are used as rat runs with no thought to, pedestrians, cyclists or other motorists.... Please don't let there be anymore accidents like this happen lets get our roads safe for all.

It's ridiculous to have a 60mph speed limit for all of 5 seconds anyway. Keep it 30 throughout.

it cannot be right that there is a 60mph speed limit outside a rugby club where there is no lighting it is completely un-necessary for such a short distance other roads in the area are a maximum of 40mph if the driver had been going slower they would have had time to react and a precious life would have been saved

Please put our kids first! Better street lighting, speed bumps and pavement will definitely improve such problematic and unsafe area.

Needs careful thought as to how safety can be improved via speed reduction and overhead lighting.

As a resident in the village, and a Mother, I would like to see more lighting, speed control in the area. The footpaths could do with some repairs/ upgrading too.
