BCC please look speed cameras for this stretch of road. The pedestrian footpath running along the road (opposite side to rugby club) is so dark it unusable at night. The path is incredibly bumpy cycling is difficult and it us often overgrown. Everybody is moved by the tragic loss of Ben, a young man who died needlessly with his whole life ahead of him X.

Reducing the speed limit to 30mph and proper street lighting may prevent something like this from happening again.

The speed limit needs to be reduced and street lighting needs to be installed on this road in order to prevent another tragedy like this from ever happening again

When a young lad cannot safely walk home from school, and is killed by a car on a road which shouldn't be so dangerous to pedestrians, something must be done!

Two many young kids loosing there lives on bad roads need more buses on a nite and more lights on streets and more speed cameras in areas to many young lads and taxis driving too fast

This is something that needs to be done. I know someone who is friends with the boy who died there last weekend & had spent the evening with him & friends before it happened. Its so sad that another young person has lost their life due to it not being safe for drivers or people. Something needs to be done.

My nieces friend knocked down & lost his life, such a tragedy. Could have been a different story if the speed limit was reduced!

living in a village with no pavements or street lighting we have noticed a huge increase in through traffic since the availability of sat nav and with it an increase in driving speeds due to people using the route as a short cut without taking into account driving conditions in small unlit lanes. Unless action is taken to increase safety for pedestrians this tragic waste of life will be repeated.

Also the Aylesbury road coming into Aston clinton. Both these roads are dangerous, and have been for years. There needs to be lights and the speed limit lowered!

Ben was such an amazing person and I will miss him, that road is a death trap and I am not losing any more family members to it, RIP my brother❤️

I was walking down that road early Saturday night and could hardly see the person in front of me.
