Many people are coming home to find that they're houses have been taken hostage by squatters, they can't force them out without earning themselves a lawsuit. The landlords then have to take the squatter to court in order to regin possession of what's rightfully theres, which can cost a lot in fees. Many squatters only squat in abandoned and unused buildings, however it's not uncommon to find a squatter your home after coming back from holiday. Landlords have no power to enter the home forcefully, if a squatter is in there. That's not right. The landlords should have total control over their own property that's rightfully there's. I'm calling out for landlords to have more power in removing a squatter. Without having to pay a small fortune in court fees.
