I would love to the Shawnee opened in southern illinois. It would be great to hit the trails with my dad like we did when I was a kid.

keeping Trails clear just make for safer Fire Control.riding the trails responsibly keeps them open.Keeping all your trash picked up in the woods encourages them to open the trails to us

This would be beneficial to the parks as well. Most utvs are over 50 inches. If law was charged to the 64 more could ride the trails and enjoy the parks, which in turn brings more money to the parks. I live in Louisiana and enjoy riding the state And federal trails, have no problem with the rules, my utvs are trail models. But I know of several people that had bought utvs not knowing the 50 in rule that are frustrated being not able to ride in these beautiful parks due to the width. If it's a cost issue, the first summer of this change would recoop the money with these machines that are too large now that would be OK at 64inches. Think about it . These private atv parks are making big money simply because they are the only places these wider machines are welcome.

Our National Forest were set aside for all to enjoy. As a tax payer I help support Shawnee National Forest and would like to see this pass Nation Wide. I'm for opening areas for all groups of life to enjoy. Make it happen!
