Please take the 50 inch restriction off the ATV trails most are more than adequate for the 60 inch UTV's that are now in use and taking over the market place. Thank You R Piazza

I too am a senior disabled tax paying American that has seen trails closed even to ATV's but some cater to horse back riding, set up stables and section off areas for them to stay and ride which would be great but I can't ride a horse and don't a place for them but I can ride and drive a side X side, but even the trails that aren't used by the horses are blocked off to ATV's and side x sides

I'm a cancer survivor but the damage done to my body makes hiking impossible. I am able to enjoy our lands with motorized transportation.

The surrounding states are all pretty easy about off-road vehicles. NYS loses so much in tourism for being the hole in the donut.

I fall into this older class and this is the only way I'm able now to enjoy these areas with my knees failing me.

I think this would be great especially as we get older. Being able to explore keeps you feeling young and seeing some of these places rejuvenates the soul and the heat.

All for it. IF it is only for disabled, handicapped or people that cant get around normally. The reason a lot of roads are closed are because people in jacked up 4x4 pickups tearing up the roads, off roading or creating large ruts making it difficult to navigate through..

It's called public land for a reason. Everyone should be able to buy a permit to ride marked trails.

please do not close access from older disabled Americans. I have had both neck and back surgeries and have limited strength in my legs where I can't walk any distance. I love to be in the woods and only way I can go is by motorized use. as an American and taxpayer I should be allowed access.

We all love to go riding and we don't tear things up either. I do clean ups in the woods also and get in trouble doing that also. I just wish they would see us trying to help and not destroying things.
